The preference card that keeps itself current.

CaseCart keeps a living record of what each attending wants, from positioning and trays to surgical steps and closure, written and kept current by the people who scrub with them. Start your own in a minute, or share one book across your whole team.

The living preference card

Index cards go stale the day they are written. A CaseCart preference knows who said it, when it was last confirmed, and whether anyone has disagreed since.

Residencies

A book the whole program fills the way it already talks about cases, and reads before the next one.

01

Start the book

Pick the specialty and the procedures surgeons in it book most are already there. Bring the residents in from a spreadsheet or with one join link; add attendings as people work with them.

02

Say it the way you already say it

“Dr Rivera wants bipolar at 20 W, no monopolar on the tonsil bed.” CaseCart files it under the attending and the procedure, with who said it and when. AI turns free prose into a usable card and keeps it that way: duplicates merged, a newer statement replacing an older one, every row still attributed to the person who said it.

03

Read it before the case

The night-before brief reaches every resident on tomorrow’s list by email or push, first case on top, a repeat attending as one pointer line. Not on the schedule? Generate one from the book yourself.

Corrections flow back. A reply, a confirmation or a flag on a row becomes the next version of the preference. The book gets better every day it is used.

OR teams

The same book, read by the people who open the room.

The tray the surgeon actually wants

Prep that is known the night before does not wait on a phone call at 07:20, and the pack that gets opened is the one that gets used.

Travellers start from the same page

A traveller’s first day with an attending starts from the same card a third-year resident reads, not from asking around.

Your book, or the residency’s

An OR team keeps its own book, or the residency it hosts shares one with it; either way each organization controls its own seats.

Talk to sales

Beyond a cap nothing is deleted: attendings over the limit become read-only until the plan lifts or one is removed. A book is yours to download as a CSV on every plan. Photos: at most 10 on any one card.

Security and data

Plain language, because this is the part people read carefully.

Your book is yours

A book belongs to the organization that created it. Only people seated on it can read it; sharing it with another program is a grant its admin makes and can withdraw. Nothing in it is used to train AI models.

No PHI is stored

Patient identifiers are not stored. A brief contains preferences, not patients.

Sign-in on your terms

Email and password, or a six-digit code sent to your verified address — your choice each time.

A record of every change

Each preference carries its source and date. Corrections are attributed, and an older statement stays in the history when a newer one replaces it.

Your data leaves with you

Anyone with a seat can download the book as a CSV; a personal book imports it back. Nothing is held hostage to a plan.

Delivery you already trust

Briefs arrive by email from casecart.ai or as a push alert on your phone; the intake address only accepts schedules from senders you approve.
